The full ESIPP team met in UCD on 16th September. The ENERGY (no pun intended!) in the room was fantastic with over 40 members of the team in attendance. It was wonderful to formally welcome our new PhD Students on board.
Eoghan brought home two medals, one gold and one bronze. .

Valentin Rigoni won the Energy heat of the All-Ireland Thesis in Three Challenge hosted by ESB international and ran by the UCD Student PES chapter on 8th September. Well done Valentin! Lisa Ryan and Paul Cuffe were among the panel members at a discussion session which followed the competition themed “Are we set to reach peak wind; what's next for Ireland's energy future?”.
