I started my PhD at Trinity College (Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering) under the supervision of Dr. Garret O’Donnell in November 2016. My PhD is within the ESIPP and the topic is the characterization of energy dynamics in industrial manufacturing systems.
Before I came here I received my Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Mannheim/Germany. I finished up my course at the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems (Freiburg/Germany) with my master thesis in the field of phase change materials/ thermal energy storage. From June until November 2016 I continued to work at this Institute in the same research area.
