Adamantios K. Bampoulas received his Diploma of Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2013 and in 2016 his Master of Science in Energy Systems and Renewable Energy Sources from the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department of the Democritus University of Thrace. In his bachelor’s and master’s theses he investigated Power Line Communication and Vehicle to Grid Technologies, respectively.
Prior to joining ESIPP he was working as a tutor in the fields of Complex Analysis, Discrete Mathematics, and Automatic Control. His research interests include renewable energy conversion systems, energy management systems and smart-grid technologies. He is also an IEEE and an IAS member.
His PhD investigation intends to develop self-learning algorithms aimed at energy integration and optimization in the residential sector.
